Devoted Creations is known for its charitable contributions because giving back to the community has always been something that company president Lewis Henry has prided himself on. One organization, in particular, is extra special to Henry: The Children's Heart Foundation (CHF).
“A very good friend's daughter was born with many heart problems,” he says. “This charity has always been very personal and is something I am continually involved in.”
On Aug. 2, Devoted Creations sponsored the 7th Annual “For Their Hearts” benefit, a casino-themed evening with 250 attendees. In all, Devoted Creations helped raise $39,000 for CHF.
“We were thrilled with the turn out,” Henry says, adding a big thank-you to those that attended the benefit as well as those that donated time and money.
