The user conference will focus on how to more effectively utilize salon management software to maximize a salon owner's return on investment (ROI) and will feature break-out sessions addressing a variety of business-related topics led by industry-leading experts in their fields. Attendance includes pit passes for a behind-the-scenes tour of the world-famous racetrack.
Attendees can expect a warm reception on the evening of July 23 with an informal meet-and-greet. In addition to the reception dinner, the entire conference—including the trackside event—will be catered. Courtesy transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and the racetrack.
“This event will not only offer salon owners a great opportunity to learn from the top industry experts, but the day at the track will showcase all of the things that make Indianapolis a great city,” says John Hurley, Helios sales and marketing manager.
The event will feature notable speakers and industry leaders. Matt Russell from the International Smart Tan Network will speak about the breast cancer/vitamin D initiative and a representative from Berman & Co. will update attendees on the ITA's advertising campaign. In addition, Gary Timpe of Timpe CPA and Legal Services will speak about finance management, and Gary Geels from Landmark Clearing will discuss the benefits of automated funds processing.
“This event will not only explore future software needs of the industry, but it also will focus on how to more fully utilize the multitude of Helios operation, sales and marketing capabilities to maximize salon revenue, profit and efficiency,” says Bill Pipp, CEO of ETS. “We look forward to making this an annual event for our salon partners.”
