The following update was provided by the ITA, February 2010.
The Indoor Tanning Association (ITA) is actively working on 28 bills in 18 states so far this year. All of the bills listed below are pending. Thus far, none of the bills have passed. There have been hearings in New Hampshire, Florida and Washington with many more expected through the spring.
In February, we also achieved our first victory when the New Hampshire under 18 ban was reported unfavorably!
