Please Note: After you have completed the Ohio Online Program and successfully passed the online test with a score of 75% or better, you will then be required to complete a final test at one of our predetermined test sites across Ohio. - Contact one of our state testing sites to arrange your required monitored final exam.You will be required to show a government-issued photo ID and a copy of your online receipt.
