According to the ITA, three new bills proposing teen tan bans were introduced in New Jersey this past month, bringing the number of still-active bills to 20 bills in five states: Massachusetts (under 16), New Jersey (under 18), New York (under 18), Ohio (under 18) and Pennsylvania (Under 14).
